Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the K-QRCODE platform (accessible at app.k-qrcode.com) published by Kangale Technologie, 6 Rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France.

Article 2 — Services offered

K-QRCODE offers an online platform for creating, customizing, tracking and managing static and dynamic QR codes. The service is accessible via a web browser with no installation required.

Article 3 — Plans and pricing

Current pricing is displayed at k-qrcode.com/tarifs. Prices are shown in euros including VAT. K-QRCODE offers monthly and annual plans. Annual subscriptions include a discount equivalent to 2 free months.

Free : 0€/mois — 5 QR dynamic codes
Starter : 7,99€/mois — 15 QR dynamic codes
Professional : 11,99€/mois — 100 QR dynamic codes
Entreprise : 29,99€/mois — 300 QR dynamic codes, white-label

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. K-QRCODE does not store any banking data. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled by the user from their account settings.

Article 5 — Cancellation and refund

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Dynamic QR codes remain active for 30 days after subscription end. No refund is provided for started periods.

Article 6 — Liability

K-QRCODE is committed to providing an available and functional service. Users remain responsible for the content their QR codes redirect to. K-QRCODE reserves the right to suspend any account whose QR codes redirect to illegal content.

Article 7 — Intellectual property

The design, code and content of the K-QRCODE platform are the property of Kangale Technologie. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content (logos, images, PDF files).

Article 8 — Data protection

Personal data processing is detailed in our Privacy Policy. Data is hosted in the European Union and processed in compliance with GDPR.

Article 9 — Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
